Just use Webmin and throw it on a low(ish) RAM Pi with your favorite flavor of Linux. They do one thing very well and they come right back up (quickly!) when there's a power outage- and there's always a power outage.

If you're getting nailed by bots that keep changing their domain, user, etc. but have a pattern, you need to check out regex so that you can use it in Compliance Rules.

Of course you could try to ban certain words/phrases in there, but this way lies insanity.
